Privacy and terms
The shop's wheel app. Last updated 31 October 2026.
Who we are
This app is run by the shop. If you have a question about your information, contact us.
What we collect, and why
- A photo of your car (if you add one): used only to show the wheels on your car. To find the wheels in it, a smaller copy is sent to Google's AI (Gemini); we don't keep it, and Google's terms for paid services say it isn't used to train their models. Your last photo is saved on your own phone so you can come back to it; it doesn't leave your phone for that.
- A price request (if you send one): your name, phone or email, the wheels and sizes you chose, your number plate if you give it, and a picture of your car with the wheels. These go to us so we can reply. We keep them until we've dealt with your request and then delete them.
- Visit counts: whether a visit used the 3D showroom, tried a photo or sent a request, which link it came from (for example our shop's QR code), and which wheels, rim sizes and car models were looked at, counted with no name, phone number, address or photo attached. We use this to see if the app is useful. Kept for four months.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is kept
Price requests and visit counts are stored with Cloudflare, which runs the app. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Terms of use
- Pictures are a guide. The 3D cars and photo try-ons show the look; colours, sizes and how far a wheel sits out can differ from real life.
- Fit checks are a guide. We check bolt pattern, centre bore, size and offset against typical figures for your model. We confirm fitment on your actual car before fitting anything.
- Prices are a guide until we confirm them with your quote. Stock can change.
- Changing wheel or tyre size can affect your speedo, warrant of fitness and insurance; we'll talk you through it.
